Who should attend: Executives.

What will you gain from the course: Never before has there been more change in our industry. Therefore all managers need the skills and expertise to manage change well.
This course is designed to do just that. This programme will provide managers (and those who have to introduce and/or cope with major change) with practical tools and techniques to successfully plan and manage change.  Emphasis will also be placed on helping other people to react positively to the change, and to minimising resistance. The tools and techniques could be applied to many different types of change.

Who should attend: Anyone with responsibility for management and leadership in a news room.

What will you gain from the course: The skills of leadership are essential for all those who are effective managers/editors in the news room.
